Mix all ingredients and stir until sauce is a uniform consistency.
Place in zip lock bag with wings and place in the fridge for min of 30 min but longer will give you more flavor extraction
Set up your cooker for indirect heat. Aim to maintain a temp between 225 degrees - 250 degrees
Once the grill is at temp smoke, put those wings for 1-1.5 hours flipping half way through. Keep the leftover marinade for the next step.
10 minutes before you reach the finished hour mark grab the leftover marinade from the zip lock bag and put in a small saucepan over low heat for a few minutes. Add an extra tbsp of honey and warm-up until the mix starts to thicken up.
After 1-1.5 hours or until at an internal temperature of 150 °F, brush on the warmed up marinade and turn wings over and brush on more marinade
Crank that heat up to 400 °F and cook for another 15 minutes or until at an internal temp of 165°F
No it's time to take those bad boys off and eat.
